Gender
- Male
Research
Some recent topics of interest include:
- Studies of in vivo anatomy of the normal and abnormal human retina using optical coherence tomography (OCT).
- Electrical activity of human photoreceptors: analysis of human visual receptor activity using the electroretinogram (ERG). This work includes the study of normal vision and the effects of retinal diseases.
- Sites and mechanisms of retinal diseases: new techniques, including OCT, multifocal ERG, and multifocal visual evoked potentials (VEP) are employed to assess the sites and mechanisms of diseases of the retina and visual pathways.
